Here’s why Vh1 Supersonic isn’t revealing their lineup!

Vh1 Supersonic seems to be following a completely different strategy with the lineup announcement for their flagship event, Vh1 Supersonic Goa which will take place on the sands of Candolim from December 27th to 30th .

The Supercrew at Vh1 Supersonic have made a very strange announcement this time:

They are not going to be announcing the lineup this year!’

Right since it’s inception, Vh1 Supersonic has always been upto something unique whether its about the lineup in specific or festival promotions in General, hope this time, this interesting strategy works well.

The festival was conceptualized by Nikhil Chinapa & Viacom 18 to deliver an incredible experience for their fans, which they very much are going to, this time as well. It is the mystery with the names that is creating a ruckus in the fans’ minds. As we all know, they have an interesting plan for this season & hence it is now on the fans to keep faith in the festival.

They hinted at this with the following tweet last evening:

A few reasons that could have resulted into this decision would be:

Vh1 Supersonic seems to have chosen to not play the ‘war of lineups’ – they clearly don’t want to be a part of ‘Who has bigger headliners’   game.

Here are some of the responses by #SuperFans to the announcement:

I guess he meant “We Know* you well” 🙂

The music curation at Vh1 Supersonic has always been balanced, keeping listeners of every genre in mind – so that there is something great for everyone to discover on the sands of Candolim in Goa.

We also hear that the Techno and Bass stage lineup is going to be out of the world.

On the side of all this, Vh1 Supersonic have also managed to sneak in an Above & Beyond Arcade for 3 metropolitan cities!

Vh1 Supersonic already has a few big names that have been hinting across their listeners and followers. So I guess now you all know where to look out for!
