Day 2 just kept the momentum going, blending in more genres and styles with the crazy atmosphere around.
At the Iron Heart stage, the Italian electronic duo, Vinai kept the crowd bouncing on their toes with their Melbourne Bounce set. The set included Raveology which has been a popular one amongst DJs like Diplo, Guetta to name a few and Bounce which was the most played track during WMC and UMF 2014. A surprise was in store for all his fans when he played an unreleased track ‘Let’s Get Louder‘! Not many people were seen struggling to ID the track!
The Prog Trance legend Gareth Emery took over the Iron Heart throne and the mood suddenly shifted from bouncy to uplifting, taking fans to a different world altogether.A few tracks IDed were a remix of If I Lose Myself, U ft Bo Bruce, Sky Full Of Stars, Hey Now, Antidote, Summertime Sadness. The icing on the cake was Concrete Angel which was ASOTs top tune of 2012 with the stunning vocals of Christina Novelli on visuals.
The night ended with the Trance Legend Paul Van Dyk incorporating his trance and Prog House vibes, thus culminating the night on a real assortment of genres. His set included Home,I Don’t Deserve You amongst other famous ones.
In the equally awesome parallel Spectrum stage, we witnessed Coyu,Maya Jane Coles and Mark Knight play some relaxing Deep/Tech House, offering a wonderful alternative to all those who were tired after the insane feet bouncing.
The Laboritoire was host to Stanton Warriors amongst other prominent DJs in the bass and trap scene.
